Juventus star Bonucci moves to AC Milan”

CEO Marco Fassone confirmed on Sunday that the Rossoneri are looking to snap up one of Morata, Andrea Belotti and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in a busy transfer period for the club.

Despite Chelsea legend and former Italian international, Gianfranco Zola being quoted on the matter; stating Belotti to fit to Conte's plan like a glove, fans should take some testimony from his impressive statistics.

AC Milan announced that an agreement has been reached with fellow Italian club Juventus to buy defensive stalwart Leonardo Bonucci who will sign a five-year contract subject to medical completion with a transfer fee of 42 million euros ($48.16 million).

Manchester United had initially been in the heart of a heated fee-negotiation battle with Real Madrid but the two clubs couldn't meet eye-to-eye on a fee, as United boss Jose Mourinho recently revealed: "We have had interest (in Morata)".

But according to Calciomercato, the 23-year-old forward wants to join Milan having been swayed by their ambitious project, with the club making eight new signings this summer.

With Zidane appearing to consider that Morata is not good enough to be a first-choice starter, the player has decided to leave.

Bakayoko, who underwent keyhole knee surgery at the end of last season, is set to stay in London and work on his recovery and fitness.

Bonucci penned a latter of gratitude for Juventus after the move. "We will wait a few more days, but not long anymore".

Last season no player started more than 29 league games and the rotation policy paid dividends as Madrid won La Liga and the Champions League. Torino president Urbano Cairo has already rebuffed previous suitors by saying that he would not settle for anything below the exorbitant release clause, but it appears that Milan are close to striking a deal. Instead, they have now been forced to look at other options.
